Ovenbaked sausage stew

4 portions
1 sausage ring (800g, in Sweden It's called "falukorv")
1 small leek
1 can of crushed tomatoes
5 decilitre cream

Preheat the oven to 200C
Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces and place in an ovenproof dish
Slice the leeks and add to the sausage together with the cream and the crushed tomatoes
Salt, pepper and stir the mixture
Let stand in the oven for about 15-30 minutes (until bubbles appears)
Remove and add the cheese on top, place in the oven until the cheese is golden, about 15-20 minutes
