1/2 head of cauliflower
1 small onion
3 fresh mushrooms
1 dl parmesan cheese
Grate the cauliflower, finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry them in butter.
When they become soft (use more butter if needed), add the cream and spices.
Allow the cream to warm up and add the parmesan.
Serve with meat or eat as it is:-)
