LCHF-Gratin

I try to eat stricter LCHF now than I did earlier in the spring. Eggs and bacon is absolute optimal, but somewhat monotonous.This ground beef casserole contains:40g , 13% Protein119g , 83 % Fat12g , 4% Carbohydrate1 serving (I ate all this for dinner) :100g among mince1dl sour cream70g cheese1dl cream100g tomato1 clove garlicSaltPepperInstructions:Mix all ingredients in a bowl.Grease an oven proof dish with butter.Pour in the ground beef mixture into the mold.Bake in oven 200C for about 15-20 minutes .Serve with vegetables or eaten as it is!
