For the mash:
1 medium size cauliflower (about 800g)
2 bay leaves
Salt
60g butter

Approximately 600g salted pork belly cut into small pieces

Do this:
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and boil it for about 10-15 minutes along with the bay leaf and a little salt (remember that the pork also is salty)
Fry the pork so it gets a nice golden color
Drain the cauliflower, remove the bay leaves and mash in any way you want (with fork, hand blender or food processor) add the butter
Mix the cauliflower mash with the pork, eat and enjoy :-)
