It's so nice that many of you wanted to see my little food list!
I do not eat breakfast for the simple reason that I rarely / never are hungry before lunch.
Note that I only took account of me and what I like to eat when I made this list.
Lunch: 3 boiled eggs mashed in 70g butter
Dinner: LCHF mini pancakes, 4 eggs and 1 cup heavy cream
Lunch: oven omelet. 2 eggs, 50g cheese, 50g butter
Dinner: Pizza Omelet
Lunch: 140g bacon, 150g of broccoli / cauliflower / haricot verts, 70g Bregott
Dinner: 1/2 of the Broccoli Gratin
Lunch: 1/2 of the Broccoli Gratin, 50g butter
Dinner: 140g bacon, 1 egg
Lunch: Oven baked sausage. 150g sausage, 50g cheese, tomato to taste
Dinner: 150g pork, salad, mushroom sauce
Lunch / Dinner: Fajitas. 150g minced pork, guacamole, cream cheese, lettuce
(Snacks): 90g pecans with butter
Brunch with Mom: Eggs, bacon, cheese
Possible dinner: Sausage Stroganoff, 150g sausage, 2 dl cream, 50g onion, tomato taste
