Stuffed mushrooms

1 serving
4 large or 6 medium mushrooms
40g onion
1/2 clove garlic
1 dl grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 200C
Break off the feet from mushrooms and place the caps upside down in an ovenproof dish, "wipe out" the hats in the oven while you prepare the filling (about 10 minutes)
Chop the feets, onion and parsley
Fry the filling in butter and squeeze in the garlic
Remove the mushrooms from the oven and stuff them
Top with cheese and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden
Serve with meat
