Vegetarian LCHF-pie

This recipe reminds of my earlier pie recipe. Slightly less carbs in this, however.

2 servings
150g broccoli
1/2 yellow onion (50g)
2 tablespoons full fat cream
4 eggs
1 cup grated cheese (about 100g)
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 200C.
I used frozen broccoli so I thawed it in a frying pan.
Shred / chop the onion.
When the broccoli is dry, add the butter and onion in the pan.
Grease a small baking dish.
When the onion is soft, pour over the broccoli and onion mixture to the oven-proof dish.
Top it with the grated cheese.
Mix the eggs and cream in a bowl, pour over the cheese and push it into the oven.
Bake about 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with salad or eat as it is!
