Zucchini lasagna

1 serving

140g minced meat
90g grated cheese
50g onion
80g fresh tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic
1dl full fat cream
100g sliced zucchini


Preheat the oven to 200 °C
Fry the minced meat and onions in butter, squeeze in the garlic
Add the chopped tomato and full fat cream
Slice the zucchini with a cheese slicer while the bolognese simmer
Layer bolognese, zucchini plates and cheese in a baking pan (I used THIS)
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden
Serve with salad

100g ham
170g mushrooms
50g onion
30g cheese
1dl full fat cream
(200g Shirataki Noodles)

Dry out the mushrooms in a frying pan
Add butter, onion and ham
Fry until lightly browned (Add the shirataki noodles)
Add the full fat cream and let the sauce reduce to desired thickness

AnnasLCHF Chicken-stew

1 serving
110g shredded chicken
1/2 red bellpepper (about 60g)
1/2 large onion or 1 small (about 50g)
1 can of mushrooms (170g)
1dl full fat cream
Dry out the mushrooms in a frying pan.
When the mushroom is dry to add plenty of butter, chicken, onion and the spices you like.
Let the chicken get cooked through and add the bellpepper at the end.
When the peppers had the desired consistency (I like it when it's a little bite left), pour in the cream and let the sauce reduce.
Serve with salad / cauliflower rice / Shirataki Noodles.
